May 16th

Morning work out:
•15 sits ups
•20 lunges
• 2 minutes plank.

Breakfast: one slice of toast with butter, a strawberry banana smoothie (with soy milk)

Lunch: sodium crackers, plain almonds, and multigrain Cheerios

Dinner: multigrain spaghetti with a fruit salad.

Throughout the day I had 4 bottles of water :)

Also, my bed time work out will be
• 60 sit ups
• 20 lunges
• 5 minute plank

My inspiration to make me want to be skinny

May. 15th

so i decided to make this blog for myself, not anyone else. Just so i can see how far along i can come from this day. I am so sick and tired of not being skinny, and that is all i want in life. I currently weigh 145lbs and could only wish to be 100, but since that is unhealthy, i am looking to lose 25lbs by July 1st. I will have to work my butt off like crazy, but i know in the end i will be thankful i did it. So here we go. I am going to ‘fully’ start my diet tomorrow considering i have already wasted today. Although i am going to make dinner as healthy as possible.

what i will be having for dinner is hamburgers (not the healthiest, but we can make it healthier)

instead of using a bun i will use two large pieces of lettuce, one slice of cheese, and only a little bit of ketchup.

along with that i will make sure i have lots of fruit, most likely will make myself a fruit salad, consisting of: one banana, one orange, one apple, and a few grapes.

wish me luck, i can use. i will be making a text post every day to show what i have eaten.
